Just as daylight breaks, we arrive at the magnificent Temple of Edfu. This superb relic from a different age provides a unique window into history. It holds a treasure devoted to Horus, the god of falcons.
We had a great breakfast before heading to the famous Kom Ombo. The two temples are portrayed. There is a temple devoted to Haroeis, the Falcon God, also called Horus the Elder.
