• Price quotes are in US dollars per person per trip.
• Reservations should be made as early as possible to book the desired holiday. Space on a given tour will be secured upon receipt of a deposit of 25% of the full price. 
• Deposit counts as part of your final payment. Deposits can be made by bank wire transfer or sent via Western Union or paid using a credit card (Visa or MasterCard).
• Payment should be received within 7 days of booking.

A child traveling with two accompanying adults will pay the following:

• 0 years to 1.99 years of age: Free of charge.
• 2 years to 4.99 years of age: 50% of the total rate.
• 5 years to 11.99 years of age: 75% of the total rate ·
• 12+ pay full tour price as per adult person.

Notes: Children policy is applied to children who share rooms with their parents (Maximum 1 Child sharing a parent's room). If 2 children, they will stay in another room connected to or next to the parents' room.

• Please note that the tour itinerary and order may change.
• This tour must be booked at least 24 hours in advance of your travel date.

• Children must be accompanied by an adult.
• Infant seats are available on request if advised at time of booking.
• The duration of the tours are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions.

• You must have a valid passport to enter Egypt with at least 6 months of validity beyond your scheduled return date.
